A Ring Portal is an Object Type used to connect the Main Areas (Areas 1-8) to the Inner Ring and vice versa. It's one of the few Object Types in which it can be freely collected, but can only be placed, altered, created and deleted by a developer.
Jumping directly into a Ring Portal will transport you to its respective location in either of both connecting Areas.
